If you order mazzios in Choctaw make sure you get everything you ordered before paying the delivery guy. I ordered 2- 10 piece wings a pizza and 2- ham and cheese sandwichs. They forget the pizza entirely then when I went to give everyone their food I realized they only sent 2 boxes with 5 pieces of wings and a pasta I didn't order. So when I called customer service they told me the driver was adiment that he gave me all my food. I tried to explain to them I did receive 2 boxes but only had 5 pieces in them so they tell me it must have been miscommunication and so they was suppose to put a $15 credit on my account However when I called a week later to place my order they tell me no credit has been applied so I called corporate again and they basically tell me I lied to them and wasn't getting a credit. So long story short make sure you get everything before the driver leaves because if you dont you could be screwed out of your money and basically called a liar. I will go without eating before I order anything else from mazzios in Choctaw. This was beyond ridiculous. So much for customer service because this place severely lacks that!!!!

Ordered $60 worth of calzones, plus an extra 4, 3 oz. ranch cups. I specifically asked the guy at the window "are the extra ranch cups in the boxes?" He assured me all the ranch was in the box. Get home and no extra ranch. At $.70/cup you should REALLY make sure it IS in the box!!! Money lost. Ugh.

Our church family has been coming to Mazzio's following Sunday evening services for over 20 years. We continue to meet at Mazzio's in Choctaw out of convenience. We enjoy the atmosphere and the fellowship. Over the years, we have become acquainted with many of the workers and even some of our church members have worked there.
Unfortunately, over the past several weeks it has become evident it is time for us to find a new location for our fellowship time. The decline in service, poor food quality and lack of cleanliness has become the norm instead of an "ever-so-often" occurrence. Please, let us know when the quality improves and we will return.
Thank-you for all the years!
