The dude up front was super nice but the night on our table was turning on and off. The place was pretty dirty. And I just lost it when there was a hair in my salad and my food. Not to mention I waited for chicken Alfredo so long that my husband was finished with his calzone by the time I got it. Barely had sauce. Plus the hair. No flavor at all. We went in to eat and I do not recommend.

I've used Mazzios own policy of contactless delivery with no problem. Tonight a young teen brought my food and didnt leave it. He kept saying I had to sign the slip. I said I paid online and chose CONTACTLESS delivery. He kept arguing and even threatened to call the police. I closed the door and tried to call the store manager. I could only get generic customer service (they were very polite) and the manager said, through them, that they would never take an online order from me again. He or she woukdnt talk to me. Very cowardly. Why am I being mistreated for following their own policy?? Very upsetting and confusing. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered online to pickup in Pryor, at 3:15 ready in 15 arrived at 3:31 not ready went back up at 3:45 still not ready finally 4:15 it’s ready get home pizza cold , sandwiches are wrong and Mazios sucks for 42.09. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
