I placed a pick up order last nigbt my order was wrong I asked to speak to the manager who refused my cash refund because I waited till this afternoon and I wasn't handed a receipt last night. Her behavior was uncalled for an insulting. I asked for her name it was Megan. She needs better manager training on how to treat people . She could've said in sorry about that with orders you need a receipt for a cash refund if you didnt receive one I'll let my staff know to ask if a customer wants one because that was a pricy order I ordered what was supposed to be a Kens sauce medium supreme 2liter Dr Pepper a 20pc boneless tossed in dry rub I got traditional instead I ordered a large chesse pizza . I got a pepperoni with regular sauce on thin dough. So much was wrong I dont know where to start. Like if there's nothing she could do that's fine but whats not fine is being rude about it could hear her in the back saying how much shes stressed out.

Totally incompetent people work here. Customer service from management is atrocious. Delivery drivers are totally lost when it comes to reading a basic map. Do yourself a favor and never order here. Too many negative experiences to list Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
