Food was stone cold. Stood there for at least 10 minutes while people were talking in the back. Lady serving us was nice though, plus it was a pleasant environment. Food, however, is what I’m ultimately there for. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Ray takes such good care of us when we come to her restaurant. She knows us by name and is always cheerful and let's us know what's new on the menu. First, let me say my wife and I LOVE McAlister's Deli. We eat there all the time in Northwest IN. We always order the same thing... Grilled chicken club for her -- the Memphian for me. At this location, however, they failed to provide the normal amount of MEAT!!! Both sandwiches had HALF the meat and twice the lettuce. We've eaten these sandwiches dozens of times and immediately noticed the shrunken portions of meat on both our lunches at this location. The bread and toppings were just fine. The MEAT was largely missing from both our lunches. FOR SHAME! Corporate should know this -- too good a franchise for this to happen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
