Very disappointing and disturbing experience at this McDonald’s branch. I waited around 40 minutes for my order. When I politely asked an employee named Yousaf about the delay, he became rude and said he would not give my order. When I told him I would complain, he replied arrogantly and told me to go ahead. The situation became much worse when I tried to take his picture for complaint purposes. He aggressively snatched my mobile phone from my hand without permission. My phone contained personal family photos, videos, and private information. Even after repeatedly asking for my phone back, he did not return it immediately. During this incident, the manager and several other employees surrounded me and started threatening and intimidating me instead of helping solve the issue professionally. After some time, my phone was returned, but the employee had already accessed my gallery and deleted his picture from my device without my consent. This was not just bad customer service — it was a serious violation of privacy and extremely unprofessional behavior. Customers should feel safe and respected, not threatened and humiliated. I hope McDonald’s management reviews the CCTV footage and takes strict action against the staff involved so no other customer has to face such treatment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
