Unprofessional workers not knowing their log in numbers, seriously unclean floors and even counters for drinks, even no straws stocked next to fountain drink area, co-workers disrespecting the management, but at least the food was correct, fresh as can be being a fast food restaurant. Workers get attitude with customers. Workers are also constantly on their phones instead of putting them down and doing what they are paid to do. The tables are all dirty too. Definitely makes me not want to come back here for a while. Hopefully next time I come back, it will be a whole different experience first one was definitely not anything I’d like to deal with. This Bluefield McDonalds across Sam’s Club is in serious desperate need of intervention before a lawsuit happens and someone gets hurt. The walls could use some attention Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order from this McDonald's 3-4 times a week and their service and quality is so low. I will be writing 1 star reviews every time until something is done about this establishment operating so poorly. Today's issue: my coworker goes to pick up our order every time we order from here. So much so they typically know the name of the second order by the time he mentions his. Today they had him the drive-thru waiting spot for over 30 minutes waiting on my order. Twice he had to stop employees bringing out other orders asking where the second order was. He eventually had to call and they were completely unaware he had two orders to pick up... yet at the window they confirmed both orders to my coworker two times and two outside employees apparently went inside to check on it as well. This place needs some serious management re-evaluation especially with their drive- thru because this is not how a "fast-food" restaurant should operate. I've yet to open the order I finally received over an hour after ordering, so cannot relay whether or not they got the order right (they usually dont) oh and be warned ordering sauces, they seemingly refuse to include those in my experience. I'll see you all for the next review within a few days, I'm sure. UPDATE: The order was wrong, who would've guessed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
