I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s Chatsworth yesterday. I waited for nearly 50 minutes for my order, even though I had requested table service. After that 50 minutes of waiting, I had to approach the counter myself to inquire about my order. To my surprise, the staff seemed unaware of my request, with no record of my order being made. It eventually took over an hour to receive my food. When I finally got my meal, the quality was terrible. The burgers were dry, the fries were smaller than the large size I ordered, and the sauces meant for the burger were carelessly thrown in the packaging instead of on the burger itself. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied. I hope McDonald’s Chatsworth takes these complaints seriously and works on improving both service efficiency and food quality. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi everyone! I cannot express how satisfied I'm am with McDonald's Chatsworth Center especially (Dumiso) the management this guy came thru! His assistance made things light and convenient. They also have the new grimace shake!!! Exceptional! I give this restaurant 10/10 for cleanliness, for friendly staff, food, price, and everything i didn't mention. Trust me you won't be disappointed unless your miserable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
