Got the wrong order and went inside just for everyone working to act like they don’t see the line of people who also got their order wrong. I waited an HOUR just for them to forget items on my order after correcting it. They need a bell to get the attention so they can’t act like they don’t see the people up front. The morning manager for the last two mornings has been very rude. I ordered three sausage and biscuits and One of the biscuits were left out he want to sit there and argue like I didn’t order it. Then when I got to the window to add another one, he still wanna sit there and say that I didn’t add nothing at the window and I got proof of the receipt. I don’t understand why managers got to argue with customers when the proof is right there I definitely will not be back to this establishment and definitely will be calling corporate on this Pacific manager.
