I often eat at McDonald's restaurant. Today for the first time in Berlin Hönow. What I saw here is simply a misunderstanding. Lack of customer service standards. Lack of hygiene. The tables were literally all dirty. I asked for the table to be cleared. I had to correct it myself because the employee had no idea about hygiene rules. He also had a dirty cloth with him. I'm honestly so shocked at the sloppiness that I decided to write. After receiving the order I went to the checkout because the salad was served with a knife and not a fork. By the way, I wanted to buy ketchup and mayonnaise because I forgot to buy it. I received the answer that I lied. For what purpose, I don't know. I knew I would pay for it. I deposited 5 euros and didn't want any change. A moment later the manager came and handed it back. After eating I went to the toilet. And it's really better if I don't go there. It's terrible. Stink, dirt, dust. Everything neglected by the staff. Now I just have to survive without getting poisoned, because I suspect that's the case in the kitchen too.
