I was very disappointed on my experience today as I order thru talabat, at first it was cancel from their website and they issued a refund thru talabat pay and I reorder again with the same order, upon receiving my order it looks good, well sealed but the orders was incomplete. I dont usually complaint and give this kind of ratings but today my whole experience was totally bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst McDonald's that I know. I've experienced McDonald's in 10 different countries and this is the slowest. It's unbelievable and often to have 2 staff only at 8pm. This is a total disrespect for the costumers and a greedy behaviour only focus on profit. It's unacceptable to wait more than 25 minutes for a single Big Tasty!!! This happened more than once at this branch. McDonald's had a rule of 3 min to serve each costumer. What happened to that rule in Kuwait?!??!
