I was trying to order and go inside at 2am unfortunately the staff said it's closed and I may order using the drive thru, so I go to the drive thru and waited for my turn. The staff takes longer and don't even answer the speaker box I keep saying hello... Imagine your time says 4am. Then after a minute he says wait a seconds still service was very slow and very poor so I decided to walk away while craving for your food.. Why the branch was closed at 2am and only entertaining Drive thru? And why they are like ignoring and not focusing in order??? Unbelieble staff on duty in this branch. HORRIBLE.. Meal type: Other

I have been visiting this place for 6 years now, and I’m here every single day. The morning shift guy at McCafé is the main reason I keep coming back—he’s truly exceptional. He always welcomes me with a big smile and treats me with so much respect. Very professional and energetic, and he makes my Black Coffee with Milk perfectly every time! Also, the rest of the morning team is very polite and hardworking, which makes the whole atmosphere feel great. The place is always clean, the parking is very spacious, and the drive-thru is super fast and convenient. One major issue though: The guy at the McCafé during the evening shift is the complete opposite. He is very disrespectful and acts like he’s irritated by customers. It’s a total contrast to the amazing experience I have every morning.
