I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and I requested to replace the toy because we already have the same toy from a previous order. However, the cashier told us they cannot replace because they run out of stock. In other McDonald’s store, they don’t run out of stock on toys because it is in their stock room. I feel that the staff were just being lazy and they didn’t want to give us a different toy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t really get on here to unless it’s very good or very bad and this branch is the worst when it’s too crowded the guy outside and this time is ( Eric ) that was taking the orders from the iPad saw a costumer cutting me off the line and allow it and acted like it was my fault which caused me to park away and get inside to order and gladly i was welcomed by a trainee that made me calm down when ordering and after waiting for almost 10 minutes inside the branch for a apple pie and a McFlurry it turns out that they punched in pinapple stick THIS BRANCH IS OVERWHELMED AND UNDER QUALIFIED FOR THE BRAND STANDARDS Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 40–60 Service: 1
