However, it should never be used as an excuse for poor service or unprofessional behavior. The goal should be to build capable employees who are proud of their work and know how to represent the company and the country properly. As someone who is both an owner and an active part of the workforce, I understand the importance of training and professionalism. I was taught and trained to value respect for customers, colleagues, and the job itself. At the same time, basic respect should also come naturally.
