I ordered online and I got the wrong burger. Not sure if intentional or not since the burger is one of the new product. I don't excempt my self from the mistake since I didn't check before leaving the counter.. just that the burger is wrapped Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

just 5 mins to place my order in the kiosk but it took me 1 hr waiting just to get my order done for a 2 regular fries and 1 mcflurry. Preparation of food are so slow. Queues are so long. They don't mind on people waiting. Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
