Go for breakfast, waited in line for 10 min and the line didn’t move. Get to the speaker and because my order wasn’t in the system before 10:30 I can’t get my food. And the lady at the speaker is no help and just says she can’t do anything and my order will be canceled which it never was. You guys need to get better. Service: 1

My husband and I have eaten at this McDs a lit since it opened. But in the past year it has been horrible. We mostly do lunch. I wish you still had breakfast all day! I do wish the owners would make surprise visits a couple times a month, to see what things are like. They are all about saving hours. There are dirty tables, stuff on the floors, and the drink station/condiment bar is covered in soda and ketchup. When you walk in there is no one at the counter most of the time, and when they finally see you, they don't say, Hi welcome to McDonalds(with a smile)it's just a monotone "for here or to go?" And when the sweet tea runs out and you go up to the little counter, EVERYONE (except April or Mel) walks past like you're not even there. I understand they may be under staffed, but it seems like it's all about saving hours. Profit! Where is the smiling Customer service? That goes a long way! Many years ago when my husband and I worked at a McDs in Maryland, we were taught that the customer was our paycheck. You were to be kind and treat them with a smile. They are more inclined to return if you treat them well. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Big Mac and fries. Nine dollars and twenty cents. I would expect a $9.20 meal with fries to be served hot. Fries were not hot and crispy. They were cold, and soggy. Chewy. Cold, chewy fries. The big Mac was also cold. When it is served hot, it is almost palatable, but cold, it becomes the thing of regret at first bite. I hadn't been to a McDonald's in years and was immediately reminded as to why. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
