I see why the rating is so low for this location. The other east ridge location is definitely the better choice. I placed a curbside order today at 12:03, didn't get my food until 12:33. Pulled around to the drive thru after 20 mins to just ask for it. When I explained what was going on. The guy said "I don't know what to tell you. I guess I can ask the manager or something". Was quiet for like 3 minutes and he finally said someone just came outside with it. Someone finally came out, said the wrong name. Then when I finally get into the bag. Everything is cold and the drink is wrong. Wrong flavor, wrong size and tasted terrible. Mind you, the drink I asked for, I paid like almost a $1 extra for. Fries were supposed to be a large, definitely got a medium in a large container. No fries floating around the bag, genuinely just barely gave me any. I get that it's fast food. But it wasn't even really busy. And I've had far better service at locations that are consistently busy. Didnt go in to soeak to a manager. Since based on the team members I encountereds customer service, my expectations of a manager wasn't high. Definitely contacting corporate, this was a trash experience. Even for a McDonald's. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
