Muy mal servicio, mala predisposición del personal. Me dieron el agua caliente y para "compensar" (luego de reclamar que no estaba fría) me dieron muy poco hielo en un vaso. Comida fría, papas y hamburguesas. Pan seco. Baños completamente sucios. Limpieza en general deficiente.

I waited over 20 minutes for simple order for my son, 9 nuggets meal plus hamburger. I ordered self service, initially the number was on the board then it disappeared. I raised this with one staff member after about 10 minutes and she said this was normal. After 20 minutes complained again and I saw her speak to the manager who just ignored the complaint. I had noticed him removing orders very quickly from the waiting board, on research he is trying to manipulate service time to appear more efficient. When food finally arrived was cold and disappointed my son. No apology or acknowledgement from staff member. Their service was disgraceful but they will look good on the management board as the manager is cheating the system without care for the customer. Avoid this store. Update - further to this I just received a message from the owner saying it didn’t happen. It certainly did, I was in the restaurant approx 12pm, order arrived post 12:20. From memory was order number 2472 or 2742, was on the board for approx 1 minute then disappeared as previously stated. Manager was clearly manipulating this by clearing orders from board. I have specific order for reference but now they can’t find . Check the receipts! Not great that the owner has the same client service approach as staff. Disgraceful. Oh no, so sorry. Still have exact receipt!! . An apology and recognition I am telling the truth is all I am after, think reasonable?? Last update - I would have left it alone had not been called a liar, have emailed MacDonald’s Italy corporate with all the information. Caro Signore, mi dispiace contraddirla, ma a noi non risulta il che un cliente abbia aspettato un prodotto, poiché in sala avevamo 2 persone addette all’accoglienza pronte ad intervenire per qualsiasi evenienza. Non è stato negato che lei sia venuto da noi ma solo detto che non abbiamoriscontrato clienti in difficoltà con quell’ordine. Cerchiamo di fare al meglio il nostro lavoro e sentire le sue parole di denigrazione ci è dispiaciuto molto.Lei continua a invenire contro chi è solo li per per accoglierla.
