The girl who just served me at the bar was quite rude. I had ordered, via the machine, two cappuccinos (one soy, the other normal), a berry croissant and one with Nutella. After paying at the cash register, I arrive in front of the bar to take the order to take away. The girl, annoyed, replies that the croissant with Nutella is no longer available "and that's why I always tell you to order at the register and not here". 1) That presumptuous and accusatory tone even if I'm your sister; 2) I tell you WHO? Except who has ever seen you, but is it my fault if you have machines from which you can order that YOU didn't update in time? And even if it were, just relax! I won't die if there isn't a croissant with Nutella, it will be provided another way! Maybe, suggestion eh, you could propose alternatives with a calmer and more patient tone, right? However, after pointing out to her (politely) that I had ordered the croissant with Nutella only because there was the option, she replied (always in an excessively pedantic and presumptuous tone): "Oh well but I didn't have time to update it!". Startled, I pretend nothing is happening and ask her if it is possible to put ginseng or barley in a soy cappuccino. Even there, quite dismissive behavior. While I need you, go ahead and be smart! He offers me the chocolate croissant even though he knows there is a pistachio one. The difference is 10 cents, and imagine that it's not for 10 cents that I solve my life, but since the croissant with Nutella is 10 cents more than the chocolate one, at least you give me the pistachio one. In fact I say to her: "Excuse me, but how much does the pistachio one cost?". "As much as the Nutella one." "And give me that, won't you?" Understand me, I was starting to get nervous too. I need her, she immediately goes to the other customer, I say hello, she ignores me. “You're really rude,” I tell her, and walk away. Now, I'm not saying I would fire her, but if I were her boss I would give her a nice little speech about how to treat customers who are not at fault.
