I always order food from there . I just did the drive through order McChicken burger and a fries and extra two apple pie.But when I started eating “Where’s the chicken? This is just a sad burger. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This review is for breakfast time on a weekday. I am a regular here, but also visit a large number of McDonalds particulary in Sydney and the central coast. The service at breakfast time on the weekdays at this resturant is a standout. Most of the drive through ordering staff are friendly efficent and accurate. The food is always on the upper end of what one expects from Mcdonalds and wait time is generally good. The service at other times is definitely on the upper end of the typcial mcdonalds experience, but definitely not as good as the weekday breakfast crew. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would like to give a huge shout out to LACHLAN, who I believe is the night manager at McDonald’s Kellyville Ridge. Every time I collect my orders, I consistently receive excellent customer service from him. He always goes above and beyond for customers. Just last night, while I was waiting for an order, he noticed me and immediately stepped away from what he was doing in the office to personally acknowledge me with a nod and a genuine smile before attending to my order. I’ve also witnessed him do the same for other customers, especially delivery partners like UberEats drivers. His genuine care, professionalism, and respect toward both customers and delivery partners truly stand out. He deserves all the praise and recognition. That’s why I made sure to read his name badge and always thank him personally. His work ethic and professionalism deserve recognition. He is a true credit to the store and the McDonald’s brand.
