The chips are awful, taste like cardboard. Bit into a hash brown & it was mouldy! Price per person: £10–20

Just ordered a crispy chicken tikka wrap.. what a joke!! Only lettuce in what about the rest? Onions, cucumbers!! Just close the store overnight if there isn’t everything. waste of money and time.. my craving not satisfied at all.. terrible and they couldn’t pick the call!!! This must be the worse McDonald's in the northwest. We got 2 happy meals, £5 meal deal, quarter pounder meal and a big tasty. We where asked to park up which was fine. Before parking up we where giving are cokes zero (with no ice) when we parked up are cokes zeros where only half full. My daughter went back in to let them know, she got told its like that as u have no ice. I dont know if this is a a new rule but its never happened before. Waiting for are meals it had been 10mins now, noticing the restaurant is empty and about 6 cars in the drive thru. Another 10mins goes by and a meals arrive. Freezing cold all chips and the burgers . If this is your local McDonald's your best going to the widnes ones as that's what we have done in the past with the food all being hot and drinks topped even with no ice. From driving to widnes back to runcorn yet the food is hot!!!!! This is the last time I am going this McDonald's. I dont if its because they prioritise orders online but clearly they cant keep up or keep the food hot. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
