Honestly, would have rated it better but our experience today was weird. Debbie, I’d give 5 stars. We came to McDonald’s around 1 and my mom ordered food. She received cold fries and my mom asked Debbie nicely if we could get new fries. She (Debbie) brought the fries to Damon and asked for new ones. He yelled at her for no reason saying it should have been the customer bringing her the fries among other things. It was awkward for the whole restaurant. Then, around 1:50 we went to the restrooms and my daughter completely fell sliding in soda that had been thrown and no wet sign had been put out. He (manager) claimed it had just happened but apparently knowing there’s soda on the ground doesn’t constitute as an emergency for putting out a wet floor sign. My daughter was hurt, not injured but hurt. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I was out and about by 5:00 a.m. this morning for a change and I thought - "I sure would like a McDonald's sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin!" Usually it's just past the breakfast cut-off when I'm passing by, and I'm always too late to get a breakfast sandwich. But not this morning. On this day, at 5:25 a. m. I was passing by and decided to go through the drive through to get breakfast. Imagine my surprise when I realized... no one was going to take my order. No one was coming to help me, no one was there to save me. I waited at the speaker for several minutes... alone, disappointed, sad and slowly starving to death. I checked their website and Google listing several times, wondering if I had left home before waking up enough to read. But no, it wasn't my error. The drive-thru is indeed supposed to open at 5. So, thank you McDonald's. You showed me there really is no benefit to starting my day early. Good news everyone, starting your day early is NOT a habit of highly effective people. Or at least, it isn't in this town, at this McDonald's. If I can't even get breakfast at a place that claims to be open at this ungodly hour, I guess there's no reason to be up this early after all. I didn't take this screenshot of their posted hours until I was back home, where I promptly collapsed on my bed because I was famished. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

A one star only because at least you were open, or at least I thought so. In line at drive through for 13 minutes and the line didn't move. I have never seen such slow service. Been like this for years, get it together. Getting exactly what order is a challenge as well, I as two cars behind me left before order, great business model (NOT)
