Went there with my 77 year old dad and my granddaughters ordered 34 dollars worth of food and got the food it was all in 1 bag ( double quarter 2 Mc chickens 2 small fries and 2 cheese burger meal large on dqp large fries and drink for me and dad 43 cent for s&s sauce the lady was rude . I passed the food out and said may we get napkins sauce qnd ketchup please she keep say they were in the bag then tried to charge us 43 for another sauce wit h we did not ever get .. !!! I was sadden when I went there . I have worked for McDonald's for 12 years. I ha e never seen such h bad customer service at a McDonald's like this . I will not go back and let people k ow how rude they are . PSA IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT YOU ARE REPLACESABLE!! MY GRANDKIDS WERE SCARED UNACCEPTABLE Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Worst McDonald's in Springfield, MO I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! This store can never get the order right, they are EXTREMELY SLOW, and they do not care how long you have to wait. When you say, I have been sitting in this drive thru for 15 minutes (after I paid at the first window), the response was, oh really. YES REALLY! Then to top it all off my cheeseburger was made wrong. This experience was my last. The time before this they gave me my shake and asked me to pull forward. After 10 minutes I went in and asked where my order was and asked to have the shake remade since it was not a shake but milk. I asked, why you would hand me a shake and then pull me to wait for my food? The response was so you can drink it. I replied, the order was not for me but for my grandson waiting at home. The employee shrugged his shoulders and walked away. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Ordered two oreo mcflurries, neither of them were mixed together AT ALL It tasted fine, just minorly inconvenienced, but if I had given one of these to my father who's had a massive stroke he wouldn't have been able to stir it. Do better for the disabled folks out there. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
