We are delighted that you had a good meal with your group, but we are sorry that some items did not meet your expectations.   Regarding noise, we understand that it can be unpleasant and we try to ensure that everyone has a pleasant time, although, as you point out, this sometimes depends on the behavior of other customers. For drinks, we take your comment into account and will review our practices to avoid this type of inconvenience in the future.   Cardboard cars are meant to bring a smile, but we understand that may not be enough.
