Smelled like poop when you walk in? The worker was really rude as well and was on her phone listening to something while we were trying to ask if she was ready for us to pay. She then just stared at us and didn't answer and we had to ask again. The froyo itself was great, probably won't ever come to this establishment again however. I have been to the other Menchie's nearby and it was phenomenal. I recommend everyone go to that one instead.

Hi Jul Z, I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I am very sorry it was not up to Menchie’s standards. The smell occasionally comes in from the empty space next door. It had been fixed before but seems to have come back. I will notify our landlord. The girl working tonight is new. This is the first I am hearing of her actions. I will give her an opportunity to adjust. She will no longer be working here if not.

You show up on a Tuesday at 12:30 for a break from work and they’re closed. Sounds like the store is poorly ran if you can’t even work the hour shift

On August 29, 2025, around 2:40 PM, I visited this Menchie’s with my 4-year-old. After he had already served his cup with toppings, I was told at the register that they were not accepting cards. While I understand technical issues can happen, there was no sign posted to notify customers before serving themselves. When I pointed this out, the cashier replied that it had “just happened 30 seconds ago.” I then attempted to hand the cup back for disposal. Instead of taking it, the employee said, “I can see you holding the cup up, you can set it down,” while slapping the counter repeatedly and gesturing at me to put it there. His tone and behavior were extremely rude and dismissive. This individual appeared to be a manager or supervisor, not a teenager in training—which makes the lack of professionalism even more concerning. Speaking to customers this way, especially in front of children, is unacceptable.
