This is my favorite Menchies location because it’s extremely clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly. It’s worth the drive even though I lived closer to another Menchies location.

I was totally dissatisfied with their product. Not only is it overpriced, it doesn’t even taste good anymore. I was told there were new owners. Sadly, it was much better under the old ownership. BTW I went to Sweet Frog and it was great. Now I bring my grandchildren there. I’m sure I can’t be the only one who feels this way. Go to Sweet Frog if you want a superior product. It’s funny how the owners respond to the positive reviews. But never address your concerns in a negative review. Keep your head buried in the sand, Menchies
