Our daughter asked to stop by on our way home and it was DISGUSTING from op to bottom. The bathrooms, the walls, floors, and especially the toppings bar and area nearby. It looked untouched and employees were un-phased, despite the default 25% tip.

I do apologize with the cleanliness of the storm I will speak with my team in the morning. I’m slightly confused about the tip comment. There are many different options to tip, but you also have every right to not tip. It is an optional request. Thank you for your feedback

Great place for a treat. Amazing flavors in my opinion. Your next sweet tooth stop! They seem busy every time I go, only wish the place was bigger.

Yogurt was okay, but the one and only employee there came out of the bathroom about 10 minutes after walking in. Place was gross and needs a good cleaning. Gunk where the floor meets the ground and where the openings in the back meet the yogurt machines. It also always feels warm in there and humid for some reason? It was gross.
