Horrible customer service. I have been a long term customer and order food multiple times a month. Literally 60% of the time they get my order wrong. We have been very patient with this business, but todays interaction is the last straw. The customer service experience was unacceptable. The managers need a good lesson in customer service. Why is it so much to ask to have them remake the food that i ordered. I dont want a credit. I want my food made correctly. Its that easy, but apparently not for them. We always support local businesses and that is why we have been so patient with them. After today they have lost a customer.
