I was very disappointed with the service. The salesperson was very rude and unprofessional and handed me my food in a disrespectful manner, almost throwing it on the counter. I was first given the wrong portion size instead of the two 200g patties I ordered, and the pljeskavica was not fresh but reheated, which further ruined the experience. Customers are not served in order, but rather based on who the staff chooses to serve first, which shows clear disrespect toward other customers. Because of this experience, I will not return or recommend this place to others. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited the Mescom burger joint, but I have to admit that my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the dumplings were cold and the buns were dry, which was extremely disappointing. I expected the food to be fresh and delicious, but unfortunately, it was not. Even worse, I noticed a foul smell coming from the shop. I later found out that the reason for this was a burst sewer, which was very annoying and disturbing. In addition, I have to criticize the lack of hygiene, especially in the bathroom. They were dirty and untidy which further worsened my experience of visiting this restaurant. What worries me the most is the fact that a few months ago one of my friends from Serbia had serious stomach problems after visiting this restaurant, which could indicate a problem with hygiene or food safety. In short, my experience at the Mescom burger joint was very disappointing and upsetting. I hope the restaurant will take serious steps to improve service quality, hygiene standards and food safety.
