We recently visited Messini Authentic Gyros for lunch and had a great experience overall. We tried both the lamb & beef mix gyro meal and the chicken gyro meal, which were around $17 each. The standout was definitely the lamb & beef mix gyro. It was flavorful, well-seasoned, and noticeably better than the chicken gyro. The fries that came with it were absolutely delicious—crispy, fresh, and some of the best we’ve had with a gyro meal. I would definitely order them again. The chicken gyro was still enjoyable, though it came with cooked potatoes instead of fries. The potatoes were alright, but they didn’t stand out the way the fries did. One thing that impressed us was the portion size. The meals are very generous and offer great value for the price. We also loved the outdoor seating area, which made for a perfect summer lunch date. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Overall, good food, large portions, reasonable prices, and a great patio atmosphere.
