Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este lugar, ya que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Se dice que aquí los precios son interesantes. Si nunca has probado a comer y experimentar una intensa sensación de belleza a la vez, visita este lugar y concocerás su sorprendente atmósfera. Pero tristemente, los usuarios de Facebook que han visitado este restaurante le dan una valoración inferior a la media.

When I asked a waitress to send MY waitress over, she responded “oh I can handle your question“ so I laid into her and she got defensive and said why are you raising your voice at me, it isn’t my fault, I didn’t cook it! If I was raising my voice people would be looking at me- people were not looking at me. Do not say you can handle the problem if you’re not ready to handle the problem. she said she could send the manager and did not for 15 minutes. I asked her a second time to send the manager and she still did not. Really the best way to make angry customers more angry is to refuse to help them any further.
I got a different server, Daniel, who is absolutely professional and got a manager and he even came back to follow-up to say the manager will be coming over in a minute. The manager came and his excuse was they are really busy. So the vegetarian menu should say “vegetarian, but only if we’re not busy”
Lastly the manager took the wrong items off. They took the least expensive item off and we just paid and left.
In all of my 49 years on this planet, I’ve only NOT tipped twice in my life, & this was one of them. Next time, Mi Rancho on # 2 8th Street, Augusta 30901 (different owner/manager)
