We enjoyed a wonderful plant-based dinner at Washoku Michishio. The food in this restaurant has amazed me with its creativity and beauty. First of all, an appetizer of seasonal vegetables appeared, which was also vivid in appearance. The rich colors and creative presentation will whet your appetite. In addition, the vegetables were fresh and the flavors felt natural. Then the main dish was served. Despite being a plant-based dish, I was able to enjoy the meat-like texture and flavor. The vegetarian Ginger Yaki, which uses soy meat, was as juicy and flavorful as meat dishes. In addition, the “rolled sushi” made with plant-based ingredients instead of fish was like a work of art with a fresh sea scent and delicate taste. The seasonal desserts served halfway through the dinner were also excellent. The creative sweets that use fruits and Japanese ingredients have a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness, giving me a happy feeling that spreads softly in my mouth. The staff at Washoku Michishio were also very kind, and they put their hearts into explaining the dishes and the service.
