I went there today to place a to go order. Because when you try to call the phone, they're so busy nobody answers it. I figure I'll go inside to order. I was greeted kindly by the young girl at the register. I told her i'd like to place a to go order, she said. Okay, just let me know when you're ready, I will get a waitress for you. I said thank you. After looking at the menu for about 2 minutes, I was ready. I let the hostess know and she said she would tell the waitress. I said, thank you". She came back and said, "the waitress is getting their drinks and she'll be right with you ". I said, "okay thank you". I'm waiting patiently, and 10min passes by. I'm watching people come in and out and hearing the hostess tell them that it will be about a 10min wait or so. The hostess comes back to me and says, "the waitress said it will be about an hour wait, will that be ok"? I said, "No, it's ridiculous" and I walked out. Unfortunately this, isn't the 1st time I've been treated in this manner. I will no longer recommend this place and speak the truth behind Mickey's restaurant.
