Great service!! They were busy and packed but owner greeted us and found us a table immediately. Between the owner, the wait staff, and the bartender we were checked on frequently. The chef was even brought out and introduced to us. The food was excellent, don't hesitate to pull off I-80 and stop in at Micks!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

We had a get-together today with family from San Diego, Orland Park, Muscatine, and Bettendorf. We could not have found a better spot to enjoy lunch. Mick's is THE spot! Molly was the day manager who met us at the door. Molly was extremely accommodating for our party of 10. She offered us the back room, which was perfect for the 2 small children with us as well as the adults. The kids got to watch Disney on the big screen as we enjoyed Chef Mike's fantastic meals. We had huge pork tenderloins, fresh-off-the-smoker brisket, boneless chicken wings, and all the sides. Molly was extremely attentive, as was Chef Mike, who offered a plate of chicken nuggets and checked in on us at least twice. Portions were extremely generous, and each of us took something home to enjoy later. I can't thank Molly sufficiently for her professional, attentive hosting and service. And to Chef Mike, you are premier! Job well done on all fronts. Thank you.
