Thank you for sharing this feedback. We will take your pricing and portion size feedback into consideration. We aim for our food and beverages to be price-competitive while maintaining our quality, sourcing local ingredients, and producing made-to-order food, when possible. We are a mostly self-supporting nonprofit organization that does not receive taxpayer dollars or University revenue for our community events or for our student leadership opportunities as part of our regular budget. Some of our student leaders receive academic stipends for their work. Our patrons help make all that we do possible with their purchases.
