I have been meaning to visit MidDay since it opened but never got the chance. I was supposed to meet a friend at another coffee shop on an early Saturday afternoon but they were closed. I searched on google and realized that MidDay was less than a mile away so I asked my friend to meet me there. I arrived at around 2:15pm and received a call from my friend asking me to order her a coffee since MidDay stops serving coffee on Saturday at 3pm. I ordered a London Fog and they had a cappuccino. I never had a London Fog before and it was delicious. What I didn't know is that they turn into a speak easy in the mid afternoon. I assumed they closed and they reopened as a speakeasy. The staff was super friendly and recommended that I stay. I am glad I did because I got to see the cafe transform into a speakeasy and it was amazing to watch. Since that day, I have recommended it to several co workers who have visited. I plan on taking a few more folks there to visit. I plan on going when it is a speak easy. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $1–10

A gem in Gem City. Went here with friends last night for the first time to enjoy the speakeasy and we were very impressed. From the unsuspecting back entrance, the relaxing lounge atmosphere, to the unique and fun cocktail menu, we cannot wait to go back. The service was excellent and the cocktails were delicious. Great for a date night or hanging out with friends. I highly recommend putting this at the top of your list. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot, Free of charge street parking

Nick is a true coffee genius — his creativity behind every drink, especially the festive ones, always brightens my day, and his energy makes the experience even better. I’ve tried the matcha and several of the iced coffees, and every single one has been incredible. You can taste the quality and passion in every sip. The space itself is perfect — calm and cozy during the day for getting work done, then transforming into a fun speakeasy bar in the evening. It’s the ideal spot for date nights or hanging out with friends because the creativity behind the nighttime menu is next level. Good vibes. Good food. Good drinks. Great people.
