Order never got delivered, yet the status was changed to 'succesful' in talabat. After this experience I found out that this has happened repeatedly with other customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Given how they treat customers I suspect that the food is also terrible.

This is a new restaurant and experience during my three visits was bad...terrible to the highest order possible. Chicken biryani is a real pity. Next order was egg roast and they served some boiled eggs topped with fried onions. Third visit was kinda funny - ordered Chicken Curry and I was served with fried chicken in one plate, curry in a separate plate. Chicken was half cooked. The owner was made aware of the situation hoping that it would be taken care but to my surprise he said "just pay 10 riyals". Such lousy customer service and Milan Restaurant has done a good job at it. Not visiting this place again. Wish I could give a rating less than 1.
