Very disappointing experience tonight at “Milky Shake”. My daughter just wanted to get a drink, so we arrived about 10 minutes before closing and waited patiently in line, the employee told us with a rude attitude, “I close in 5 minutes.” If a business is still open, customers should be treated respectfully until closing time. We understood they were about to close, but the attitude was unnecessary and unwelcoming. It was especially disappointing because my daughter was excited to get a drink and instead we left feeling unwelcome. Customer service and kindness go a long way, especially in places that serve families. I hope management sees this review and reminds their staff that how you treat people matters just as much as the product you sell.
