We tried this spot for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We ordered the spring roll special along with the pork and chicken bánh mì sandwiches, and everything was fresh and delicious. Great food, reasonable prices, and excellent service, we’ll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by here after visiting Mesa Verde and honestly the best Pho we’ve ever had! We moved to Colorado from Atlanta and haven’t had beef pho comparable to Min-Tea’s. They only have pho served from Friday- Sunday but they had some on New Year’s Day (Thursday) as an exception. Delicious! My husband said he would drive all the way here from Denver if only to get food from here again staff was also very friendly and kind! 5/5 for everything from us! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
