Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £60–70

Hello Lola, We have the cheque your meal was prepared with and the time difference we can see to prepare truffle edamame beans, futomaki crab, California crunch and shrimp poke took us 20 minutes - we state the service charge in our menu and all our waitress mention it is not mandatory so you can always remove it if you are not happy with your service ! We do not believe it is fair to leave such a comment as twenty minutes is a normal waiting time in a restaurant as we are not a fast food franchise and everything is made fresh inside the restaurant. Thank you for coming to visit our restaurant and for your nice review of our food we hope to welcome you back again at Minami

We visited Minami yesterday and had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and high quality. Our waitress was very friendly, helped us choose our dishes, and made us feel very welcome. The best part was hearing Ukrainian and feeling at home, even thousands of miles away. We haven’t been back to Ukraine for a long time, so this meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
