I dined at MINGO, and everything about my experience was amazing. I am an electric wheelchair user, and I included this note in my reservation and they were prepared to see me at the picnic table style seating. They graciously accommodated my needs. I ordered multiple appetizers- the fried chicken, garlic toast and large assorted meat plate, also The delicious Caesar salad. me and my partner both ordered the carbonara, which was perfectly executed and so incredibly delicious. I also ordered the Quattro frommagio pizza, which includes a pungent gorgonzola. Their whisky highball received compliments from my partner, and I had many glasses of their fresh guava juice. The ambiance is chill, good music to accompany the incredible food! The dinner was so reasonable in price, and just so tasty at every level. I cannot recommend Mingo Italian enough- come off the beaten path to this little hidden gem. The chef was so kind, as was our waitress. Attentive, kind and so on top of their excellent service.
