The establishment is great, the staff too, but I received poor service from an employee. I asked her about a certain product and amazingly, the woman didn't even look at my face and continued down the corridor with her cell phone in her hands, even more shockingly she was playing the little tiger game. I believe that the cell phone is important but not for this function. Customer service usually lasts an average of two minutes to answer questions. We hope for better service, we expect the minimum, thank you. This happened on 10/02 Time: 10:40 / 11:00

This isn't the first time this has occurred to me. Today I went to buy things for this week for my son, I tried to pay and it didn't work. I came home leaving the entire purchase at the register so I could sort it out and come back to get it. When I get home my account was debited twice. I went back to the supermarket and it won't be refunded for another 36 hours!!!!! And what's worse, for me to take my purchase, I would have to pay again, that is, 3 times! I left without purchasing what I needed and without the amount that was charged twice. This supermarket is too bureaucratic, this is not the first time this has happened to me. To be in a good region you need to be prepared to deliver at the same level!
