Small quite well renewed and maintained boutique 4* hotel at Monastiraki, near Plaka. Great things: - Well positioned in the tourist city center, with metro station less than 1min walk - Superb views of the Akropolis from its fantastic roof terrace - Great comprehensive and fresh breakfast - Outstanding service, particular thanks to Stavros (breakfast) + Kostas (reception), both extremely helpful, professional and nice. Absolutely recommendable! Oscar

I could not let 2025 end without posting a review of this fabulous hotel. Mirame was our home away from on our visit to Athens. It is a perfectly situated boutique hotel dream in the most wonderful location accessible to all the splendor of Athens. We had an amazing view of Acropolis right from our balcony. I knew this place would be special . The interaction and attention to detail and assistance from the staff, even prior to our arrival, is unmatched. My daughter and I felt welcomed the moment we stepped foot in the lobby. Greeted with smiles and because we arrived early morning, we were able to check our bags, go the rooftop and enjoyed their delicious hand prepared, fresh breakfast . The yogurt and breakfast breads became our favorite . Of course you can't beat the views while dining! We had the privilege of staying in two different rooms . Our first room had the Acropolis view. We also enjoyed a lovely suite that was just splendid! You can walk safely into to Plaka to dine and shop within minutes. The staff quickly became like family. Not one request went unmet. Their recommendations on places to eat, things to do and see were all great. They even stored our luggage for the second leg of our trip to Santorini. They arranged for transport to and from the airport for both trips, and that too was flawlessly executed . The big welcome back on our return to Athens to get our luggage was so genuine we didn't want to leave but they were booked. Do not pass on this beautiful little gem of a hotel in Athens. The entire place is spotless and service is impeccable. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to the awesome staff. The conversations , laughter, and your caring spirit made our trip to Athens extra special! We look forward to our next stay at Mirame.

Anyone from the US looking for a hotel avoid this place at all costs. They do not cater to us and only have a very strict policy for select people. Found out they were able to provide an accommodation to someone else, that they refused to provide to us. Save yourself the hassle and book another any of the other 50 hotels in the area with an ‘Acropolis view’. This place is a joke.
