The menu is spectacular and I've had most of the different sandwiches he has. The traditional tastes with a Japanese flair and also his own personal creation come from inspiration while the owner visited California. The bread is very crunchy and is a thick french baguette. Fried potato fries are perfectly seasoned and delicious. He makes great coffee and milkshakes and has some IPA beers available as well as other alcoholic beverages. He even makes whipped cream from scratch for the milkshakes. Most sandwich options have some nice spice to them with jalapeno peppers. You won't be disappointed when you come to Mission for a sandwich. His signature creation is the Mission Beef sandwich with beef and an egg on it. He'll even make topping adjustments on request. This is the best small restaurant in the city!
