Definitely 宝藏小店。 We were there late cold night on Friday. Most other places are closed and found this one, super warm and welcoming. A cozy place but with amazing food. Love everything especially the tofu stew with beef giblets 牛杂 Owner is lovely and speaks a little English. Other customers are local ppl and also super friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Found this place after we reached by Shinkansen and it was near our airbnb. It is a short walk from the subway. The beef innards and assorted sashimi are amazing! Owner is very friendly and welcomed us, asking where we are from. He spoke a bit of English and helped to translate so we can understand and communicate better. It was nice speaking to him and the other local guests there. After he found out that we got engaged in Japan, he gave us a celebratory drink on the house Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
