Maribel, We would like to address some key points:1. Too good to go is a program where we sell surplus items at the END of the day to reduce food waste. This is only available when there are unsold items left, and we make these available at a discounted price. It's not intended to be a regular sale during regular business hours. 2. As you've mentioned, your order was cancelled and your $7 refund was issued immediately- before you showed up. We personally ensured all cancellations and refunds are handled promptly to avoid any inconvenience. 3. We are struggling to understand where your frustration is coming from, and would like to address your behavior during the visit. With your order cancelled and $7 refunded-- you continue to harass and demand donuts from our workers. You caused an uncomfortable situation for our workers and even other customers. Our employees are here provide excellent service, but they are not responsible fulfilling requests that cannot be met. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect in these situations. 4. As a small business, reviews like yours can have a lasting impact, especially when they misrepresent the situation. We take pride in our customer service, and our intentions were never to upset you. The accusations of greed and indifference are both unfair and inaccurate.
