Møllers Gastronomi - UpScale Catering In September my wife and I hosted our wedding in Norsminde, Denmark and needed breakfasts/meals catered for about 75-100 people. We had a tent setup in our backyard but needed the right food choices/meals prepared for our guests. Nickie and Jan from Møllers Gastronomi delivered. We reached out and had many conversations back and forth via email since we live in the states. They had a clear plan cut out before we arrived and executed tremendously. Their food was delicious and all of our guests had nothing but pleasantries to say about it all. You don’t think about all the little details from forks/knives/plates/beer kegs/kegs themselves until you are in it. But they had everything planned out and went extremely smoothly. They are wonderful people and we would recommend this company to the highest degree. If you are looking for delicious food and people who are prompt and experts in the catering industry these are the ones to work with!
