The ice cream is good, the location is what .makes it the best though. The customer service 1star!!!! I've visited two other Molly Moon's locations and had positive experiences, but what makes the edmonds location stand out is, UNFORTUNATELY, THE STAFF'S ATTITUDE HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY UNWELCOMING. This isn't based on a single bad visit—it's been the same every time I've gone. The staff often look like they would rather be anywhere else. Yesterday, I walked in, smiled, and said, "Hi." Instead of a greeting, I got a frowning eyebrow raise followed by "What can I get for you?" while looking away from me. While walking away with my ice-cream, I was saying to my self should stop coming to this place.

We stopped in after getting off the ferry because they were open late, and the ice cream was absolutely AMAZING!!! so delicious and reasonably priced! The shop is super cute and very clean. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was one employee who was being pretty unprofessional, chatting with a group of teenage boys about things my younger kids didn’t need to hear. She seemed more focused on them than on helping customers, even with a line out the door. Thankfully, the other girl working was incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly doing her best to keep things moving. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our visit.
