The minute I drive into Decatur, my mouth starts watering thinking about Monical's Pizza that I cannot get in Texas. The first thing I do is order a pizza. I was a bit disturbed when I ordered a pizza at 8:35, and my order was canceled because they had shut down the ovens 20 minutes earlier. If they are going to shut off the ovens at 8:15pm, then that should be noted as the closing time. When I finally did get a pizza on my second day visiting, it did not disappoint. The only thing that bothered me a bit was how expensive their pizzas had become. $30 for a large? Wow. I might have to switch to Dominos. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

The only good thing about this place was Antonio he was fighting through all of the problems.Also the wait to order was 25 minutes then another hour for food. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was great. pizza was fresh and hot, monkey bread was good, cheese bread was decent could have been cooked slightly longer. As for customer service it was alright Megan was our server. Since we sat in the front we could hear what was going on in the kitchen and Megan would complain about customers. Thier was a sweet old lady when we first sat down who although was talkative was very sweet and she told us that she’s currently battling breast cancer. After she left we heard Megan say the lady was difficult and annoying and mad about her not leaving a tip. After we order and ate our food we overheard Megan complaining because one of us ordered a sandwich that includes hot peppers and asked that it be put on the side, because of a medical condition they can’t always eat spicy foods. She complained because they didn't eat them because they changed thier mind, no different then getting something and picking something off. I know people can be hard and difficult but you never know what somebody is going through in life, if your going to talk bad about customers don’t let other people hear you do and be better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
