The Coffee Grove

ThanksWe are happy to hve you and ready for your coffee

I am sorry for hearing that you were not happy with your rooibos latte.I can say God bless you. God knows you and meI wanted to leave the matter with you to God, whom I believe in. However, since I also lived as an atheist before, I am writing this out of concern that my words of blessing might not sound like blessings.Below is our position as the seller and provider on what you left in your review. You first looked at the menu for about 2-3 minutes and then saw a sign that the menu had been removed and then asked why Turmaric was no longer sold. I told you it was no longer sold. And after looking at the menu a little more, you ordered rooibos. Since we only sell lattes and not rooibos tea, I asked if you wanted a small glass cup or a mug, and you specified a small glass cup. So, I served a rooibos latte to you. And you said, why is not tea? Then I answered, as it says on the menu, we only sell rooibos lattes. And, you said, is it dairy milk? So I answered, you did not specify a milk..While we were talking, several times you got angry and said, “I can’t drink it.”When I tried to bring the menu to explain to you slowly, you couldn't control your anger and once again got angry and said, "I can't drink it," and left. . .The happened has made me think more about new customers.

Thank you for your lovely feedback!
