El ambiente muy bonito y con música en directo pero la comida si no te gusta el picante o no puedes comerlo como yo que eres intolerante no vayas. Es carísimo y encima el camarero te dice que no es picante, cuando le preguntas varias veces y te dice que no pica nada. Pues pica muchísimo. Mi pareja se lo comió y ahora se encuentra mal de lo que picaba y lo mío me lo cambiaron que según ellos le habían quitado el picante y que va. PICA MUCHO TODO TODO. No se preocuparon de nada más, ni siquiera te descuentan el plato y encima te cobran una burrada del servicio y extras que no se que eran que hace una cuenta bastante cara. Un sitio 0 recomendable. Deberían ser más empático con el cliente y por lo menos no mentir diciendo que no pica nada nada como nos dijo el camarero. Lo de que el cliente es lo primero en este sitio deja mucho que desear. Such a nice ambience and a great place for a quick business lunch. The calm setting makes it perfect for conversations, and it wasn’t crowded at the time we went. We ordered Nasi Lemak and Pad Thai, both of which were really good and well portioned. As a starter, we tried the recommended fried cauliflower but not our favourite, but still decent and nicely presented. The restaurant has ample seating space and a relaxed vibe. The staff were super nice and very welcoming, always attentive. They even served king coconut, beautifully cut and presented, along with the entire king coconut shake , a lovely local touch. Overall, Monsoon Colombo is a good choice for casual dining, business lunches, or even a relaxed catch-up. I would definitely recommend it. If you’re planning to visit on weekends or in the evening, it’s best to make a reservation, as Park Street tends to get overly crowded.
